I’d like to call on all peace and human-rights-loving Calgarians (and people in other cities & towns) to declare THIS FRIDAY JANUARY 27th the day to contact our new Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, and remind him what we stand for:

PEACE – not illegal occupations, Star Wars and racial profiling
UNIVERSAL PUBLIC HEALTHCARE – no private-for-profit clinics
A LIVING WAGE and STRONG SOCIAL PROGRAMS – Not corporate welfare and tax cuts for the rich
EQUAL HUMAN RIGHTS FOR ALL BASED ON THE STIPULATIONS OF THE CHARTER

On Friday I would like to urge as many people as possible to FAX, EMAIL OR PHONE Stephen Harper’s Calgary SW office and let your voice be heard.

PLEASE SEND THIS EMAIL FAR AND WIDE! Let’s be pro-active and remind Harper that the strong voices for human rights will not be silenced!!
